We provide independent advice to professional advisers such as solicitors. We are not tied to one insurer and we arrange policies on behalf of the advisor’s clients, which are designed to protect legal indemnities.

We can advise on the problems concerning legal ownership or use of real estate or inherited assets. As advisers we can help you through what can be, a tortuous process. We will work with you arrange the required insurance products to meet your client’s requirements.

Our legal indemnity and title insurance products can insure property risks, such as restrictive covenants, rights of light, access issues, zoning or planning violations. Executor and inheritance protections can insure problems with inherited assets including a missing will or beneficiary, a challenge to the validity of a will or claims under the Inheritance Act.
